ashes got my gdemu dreamcast setup, have an sd card with all the NA games, some JPN games that are playable w/o knowing the language, what's some most plays? Took me 3 original controllers to find one that didnt have an issue First one mostly worked but would randomly disconnect, 2nd one wouldn't work at all

A lot of them have been ported to switch now though. There was like a really neat tennis breakout type game I played but I forget the name. Think that one is JP only. I also own L.O.L. which is a crazy weird game if you want to give that one a try

Shouldn't need to understand Japanese for any of those. There are a lot of good JP only games but obv the RPGs, tactics, visual novels etc need an understanding

Luckily the 2nd and 3rd scenarios of shining force and dragon force 2 got fan translations...also sakura wars has since got a fan translation.

Probably will never see a Saturn mini but a dreamcast mini with like 30-40 games would be hot
Would make more sense than the keychain sized game gear sega is making in japan

So many good arcade ports on the Saturn too I missed out on the Saturn. SNES and Genesis were deemed good enough for me by my parents lol Saturn was huge in Mexico though, my cousins had one and I'd play when I visited, which wasn't often

It was my older brothers who got one, I only remember watching them play Bug and resident evil on it. Idk if they had a snes, I know they went from the nes to the genesis. Remember a lot of ps1/dreamcast growing up

All sega would have to do is get the license to capcom games that were on the dreamcast and add sonic adventure 1 & 2 and some of their own arcade ports and it would be nice

Remember a lot of ps1/dreamcast growing up I had weird phases with loyalty in gaming. That or I just didn't care that much which is weird in a time where console wars were more of a thing and exclusives were everywhere. I got a Genesis and my dad had a SNES. Next up was N64 then Dreamcast then PS2 and PS2 last me a LONG time
