you need to be thinking about this season but the next season or two when you make trades and if you don't you have to pay the consequences

We can only trade picks on the board, assuming the cy team misses and gets canned and new gm will be two seasons at most without picks. I think its just easier to give a freebie year.

and if you do sign a Zo like deal you keep him for a year or maybe two before shipping him off for firsts and expirings and then he is someone elses problem

Tradebacks in any form are kind of wack. Maybe extend the window if anything? I say no more "tradeback in offseason." Tradebacks are only for salary purposes and must be done before season end. |

position gimmicks have been far less egregious than in older versions though. plus spence already addressed this by saying big men won't have perimiter d going forward
