Its still a 5. I think voters are pushing against the amount of articles going up. yah, grading is usually easier at the beginning. |

5's in general are too high. A +5 in a category is massive. You should have to work for it. Other articles shouldn't have gotten a 5 either.

Again, the amount of research and trying to make decisions on the teams would be a lot more for the whole league than one division. Both articles would be same length but only looking at one division makes it easier as there are less candidates for the teams.
Also it only applies to 1/4 of the league.
