Unlike kinetic energy, a bull doesn't have to be in motion to decide to go in motion. Apparently it is amazing the amount of distance a bull can cover in < 3 seconds. but on the less humorous side, you never know what kind of ass you are pulling over. Most people are cool, but then you have the ones that jump the cop and pull them off the highway and try and beat them to death. One of the times with my brother the radio traffic was insane, I was whats going on, and apparently that had just happened so no DPS officer was allowed to go > 30 seconds without a radio check.
