I get the arbitrary WL idea. It’s Spencer's league- if I get CYed (I hope not) this year- he’ll pick a great GM to replace me as there are lots of choices. And I’ll happily jump back in line and wait my turn. And try to stay active too.

Just hope nobody getting bumped down donated. Id be pretty peeved if I had. Not shocked I completely disagree with you but Ill engage. If you donate for special treatment then youre doing it for the wrong reasons. The reason this league is amazing is that 95% of the league is completely engaged. Part of that is BBS and what it offers. I spend way more time simming then any other commish I know. Its a choice I make because when I do this I gotta do it 100%. But because I make sacrifices to keep the league moving people are choosing to reward the effort. You dont have to get it, but it makes tons of sense to me. Wait Lists are important and also completely arbitrary. Lums moved down the WL. Zev removed himself from it. I get to bump guys I know will be good for the league. Its called free will and I like it. So be upset about it if you want. Feel free to not join when you get invited back. In the meantime realize you complaining about it isnt a good look. Preach man |

Hmm so wont matter since they can write 3 on own Yeah but if you write the articles, it helps show your value, show the type of content you can produce. Footy basically got a team as soon as teams opened because of the Footy Power Polls. It helped the team he was working for so their GM got their ACs and could focus on running their team. |

Spencer wants to build the best league possible (this is by far the best league I'm in) and for him to do that, he has to hire the best GMs he possibly can. They have to be earned.
