sorry to hear that. Tough when you cant shut off your mind not being able to exercise like I used to is a big one. I was in the gym even if it was shooting around for 30 minutes everyday. Motivation to do at home workouts without any kind of setup is zero feel ya. but I should be at least going for bike rides |

Nah, it's either strength or quickness i think. I had a SF in another league with A- defense who was capped at 33-34 MPG. I think it might be quickness. Pretty sure it depends on the position they are playing/guarding, not just a uniform numerical rating So for wings it may be quickness |
