i mean Khabib prob still beats him but conor looked terrible footwork wise in that fight. He’s such a better stand up guy and even when those opportunities presented themself he didn’t look right. If he’s fully engaged, it could be better but yeah...wouldn’t hold too much faith. Still think conor looked lousy and could’ve been better. Footwork is such a strength of his Man Khabib's standup actually suprised me that fight, I cant remember the last time ive seen him tag someone like that. The thing is Conor puts himself in terrible spots, his best strength is his power and pace. He never pushed the pace forward. it was just weird. Conor said the camp was all about stuffing takedowns but his stand up just looked awful. But again, Khabib is still a nightmare matchup. I do still think that as pathetic as Conor was, he’s the only guy to technically take a round from Khabib so there is that. |

not sure about that. Both stand up. Conor is as good as they come standing up. 170 would be tough tho. Conor is legendary at 145...and very good at 155 Masvidal has more skills, his boxing is flawless. Sure Conor has more power but Masvidal is legit on the ground. yea but he’s like gaethje. Doesn’t use his ground game/wrestling. They’ll be standing up. I’d take Conor’s boxing over him. And I like Masvidal a ton. But I think it would be fantastic because they’d no doubt slug it out like Nate and him did |

Masvidal has more skills, his boxing is flawless. Sure Conor has more power but Masvidal is legit on the ground. yea but he’s like gaethje. Doesn’t use his ground game/wrestling. They’ll be standing up. I’d take Conor’s boxing over him. And I like Masvidal a ton.
