Super early calls are typically based on turnout statistics and exit polls. Early returns out of whack with projections are just from areas of a state that aren’t representative. They don’t really factor in calls |

When you see early returns from a state, the meaningful stats are turnout rates and how that area performed relative to 16, not raw numbers
