Trade Deadline Frenzy: Between Days 80 and 99 there will be a trade frenzy. 1 trade = 1 RC. 2 trades = 2 RC. 3+ trades = 3 RC. Must be spent before Day 120.
Basic guidelines for trades counting...
One of the following.
1 Unprotected 1st round pick.
A player with A potential.
A player with 2 B ratings.
*Special circumstances. A player that sims or has value above his ratings.
My discretion will play a large role in deciding what counts. All rules, including this one, may be modified in the future.
Also cannot trade with the same team more than once.

@spencer - For ACs/RCs:
If a player is at, say, 83 in a category, do you give them the full +3/5 or stop the upgrade once they hit 85?
What is the policy?
