I’m lazy so i haven’t cooked in about a week lmao I wanted steak, and frankly... not to be conceded, but my steak is better than any I get in a restaurant  otherwise I would have ordered out as I really feel like just drinking and chillin I mean only steak i liked better than my own was Fleming’s but they are expensive and not sure they are open plus takeout steak ehhhh |

I think about how much I could do on a decline bench, bench and incline bench, and so sad now  wasn't near as big as my brother, but also didn't see many others doing as much or more. could do pullups with a 45 between my legs... keep planning on trying to regain the former self, but... I think I'd need better medical  |
