1- you lose a frenzy rc for every trade that doesn't go through
2- one yr mins don't count for frenzy deals
3- players only count in their first frenzy trade

none of this is that important. we can all handle waiting an extra sim for a trade or a DC change. i know spence is up doing trades and DCs and doesn't need a change, but it shouldn't take an hour every to sim
