is this accurate, or is the PG rule in the rules board accurate with:
2. If a player is not listed at PG on your roster, you must move him to PG in the transactions thread in order to start him at PG. However, players must meet all of the below conditions to be eligible to move to PG.
--- a. The player must have B or higher handles.
--- b. The player must have 65 or higher handling.
--- c. The player must not be taller than 6-5.
--- d. The player must not weigh more than 200 pounds.
