I'm late as fuck but this is stupid
All first round picks should have 4 year contracts....
So picks 16 thru 29 have the same amount of years as 2nd round and 3rd round picks??
We were already punished for picking late but we lose our players a year earlier than teams picking 1-15.

Teams made trades with those in the 16-29 range and their contracts were part of their relevant trade value

Support this heavily It means the teams with the top 15 players get a crack at the next 15 best players. Unfair advantage. It should be the same contract length for all players drafted in the first round. Either 3 years or 4 years |

I benefit from these guys hitting fa and dealt for bodi bc I viewed free and clear 03 cap as a huge benefit, but I agree with this. It doesn’t make sense. |
