I'm entering CY next year and the East is absurd. So now we need to win 45? I wouldnt change it immediately. |

what about people talking over a team that the previous GM gutted to try and make CY... I thin you should give new GM 5 seasons if you make it harder Ive already given extra years for teams in bad shape. That wouldnt change. oh OK, I thought it was only if the change hit after the draft |

East was truly bonkers last year.
If we had a west schedule, you could easily add 5 wins to our record. Easily.

I think recent seasons have proven we have good GMs win 42 or whatever or situations where someone misses because of XYZ. The record doesn't always equal the quality of the GM. But the point of CY is to prevent perpetual tanking so your idea works. Was saying would be better if it was like real life and if you sucked yo just got fired by the owner đ |

Its pretty simple to me. Some people think the CY is too easy. This makes it slightly more difficult. Vote yes or no.
