well i had your thought process as well then i looked at a guy whos pot jumped to A after 1st TC and its his 3rd season and hes gone a total of +5 and was a second rounder. So IDK I mean scouted has to be worthless, why else would there be a built in option to completely eliminate it when you start a new league It is useless unless you press make scouted = true but maybe when it jumps so does true? Idk this guy had A pot after 2 TCs then went +4 this tc could be coincidence |

I made actually intended busts when I ran leagues and would see a guy improve his scouted while his true was no bueno
But it's possible for both to go up at the same time for sure
