Sonics situation isn't THAT bad. Felton and Milos are both expiring. Assuming a max for Kyrie, they would be 5.6 over next season. Dump Milos for cap gets them under. Brining back Mirza AND Kyrie would be very hard though. Brand would need to retire or dumped ASAP. Either him or Artest/Diaw/Gasol.
It's possible.
