Eddie House is a slightly better version of Jason Terry. That trade will pay massive dividends. put the +8 in if you want anyone to buy this I will eventually. He's doing 2.5 turnovers per 36. He might only need the +3.

Jason Terry is 24 with C+ B+ C C+ D+ B ratings Eddie House is 23 with C+ A- C C C- C ratings Per-minute production near identical. Terry gets more steals. House has only seen +6. He's really good. Not sure why more people weren't interested.

inability to trade later futures is killing trade talks. no one has assets to sweeten deals.

inability to trade later futures is killing trade talks. no one has assets to sweeten deals. This is true. I think going forward one more year would be helpful. Also with such a long waitlist of GMs, the thought that teams would be uninhabitable in a worst-case scenario isn't really a reality. Too much demand for a team in general.

How far into the future had you dealt firsts? 5 or 6 years? I really loved it because it would encourage people to take risks on far out assets

There should be a limit. 5 is good and fair i think.
