nothing like pulling a muscle in your back and then blowing out your knee (over exaggeration but knee surgery next week) to slow your life down and have some free time again... Hope all is well with everyone in these covid days stay healthy old man Entire family is scheduled for covid test tomorrow... the other reason for more free time. Pretty sure we'll all pass, but Wife was exposed at work, daughter was exposed at her moms, and me for my surgery |

Break got it right, carrying around 2x20lb steel balls reeks havoc on the body... but for a change it was really mundane, the back was at work I was forced to work in an awkward position because the electricians were morons and contorting myself to see what I was doing eventually caused an issue. (not only did they mount a receptacle in a moronic way, it was the wrong twist lock, smaller in circumference by 1/8" - whoever designed two twist locks sooo similar is an asshole) the knee, just a freak thing, was getting off the riding lawnmower, stepped wide and rotated... heard something and then my next step it sounded like when a strip gear grinds... had a little discomfort, and shrugged it off. the following morning, I wondered who broke in and left an ice pick in my knee after one step... |
