honestly, sometimes it's okay for a new GM to lose a trade, it helps them learn the value a lot faster than having someone reject 298429 offers on your behalf
not saying get raped, but I know when I started out I didn't just walk into it make amazing value trades

honestly, sometimes it's okay for a new GM to lose a trade, it helps them learn the value a lot faster than having someone reject 298429 offers on your behalf not saying get raped, but I know when I started out I didn't just walk into it make amazing value trades i dunno Sure I've done several talks completely alone and when i think it's not a terrible offer i run it by my assistant and get a hard no because apparently I'm still pretty far off myself trying though I'll get there i did in ootp eventually |

Like maybe next time something doesn't "instantly make sense" instead of leaning no, make the deal happen, get a little more if possible, if not, try it out, fuck it
it's just a game in the end, come up with a direction for your team and just go do that

If Malone had not retired it would have been an utter roast for doing the trade. As Erbes said, it's a game, enjoy it. |
