think about it like this break. you had a shot to grab a solid talent from someone you should have had a good working relationship with and you couldn't get it done.

2. you didn't learn what chipper values and therefore couldn't come up with an offer to entice him

Wasnt given much chance or direction in what he wanted think of it like this: if you keep offering your 02 or 03 for good players and acting you four good players are untouchable, nobody is going to engage with you and you won't make trade |
