But with the way you guys operate, it feels like the likelihood a trade gets done with an awful offer vs. a fair offer is about the same
so why not make an awful offer?

I have found it muuuuuuuch harder to trade with the new and obviously bad GMs than the vets. You wanted my 04 1st for Mihm that's not even worth considering It actually is worth considering. Right now you are late lotto. Johnson and Griffin "should" get better. You will be adding 4 1sts in the next 2 years to your roster. Youre trying to add players and get better. If you succeed that 04 picks shouldnt be a lotto pick. Mihm >> a non lotto 1st. |

The only thing that changes all of this is that youre the GM and that your picks inherently will always have value cause youre not knowing what youre doing yet. |

I dont think its worth doing, but its def worth considering. Mihm is pretty good. If i had him on a multiyear deal, he would be part of the core. |

Mihm is no better than what i have at C now though You need 4 bigs. Hes def better than Radjovic. Mihm is 22 and hasnt been camped at all. Should you trade your 04 for him? No. Is it something you should consider. Yup. |

Magic don't need to be in a rush they are in good position. Just keep trying to trade those Cavs first and maybe one of your futures for the best player you can find. Nothing wrong with what they are doing
