I'm washed. 33 with bad knees, bad back, bad soul. tough combo. don't have the bad back yet nor am i 33. might've been born with the bad soul and the knees are toast from my soccer days. ugh. yep. running warm up laps around the field on grass and dirt so beaten down it was like running on concrete with cleats. Not good. |
