Im in Condado I would never ever ever recommend renting a car if you are staying in Condado the whole time. San Juan, Guyanabo, and Bayamon is the wild west. If you're trying to get out to El Yunque or other parts of the island then yes I think you have to. |

I also think the beaches in Condado kind of suck. They are super rocky. Try going out to Carolina for some better sand.
