wish I had access to a gym or something When I had my knee op last year I couldn't walk so I bought adjustable dumbbell weights. Best $300 I ever spent. Use them 3-4 times a week and have been a godsend since corona |

seems like youre always on during US time I mean I miss out on all the fun otherwise Plus Spence has been winning around 11pm for me so I try to stay up then. I have to go into work this week so there will be less of that |

If equipment is an issue pick up a big book or use a brick and just do squats, bicep curls etc. I used to think I had to go th me gym but 12 months of not being able to get around has made me appreciate how easy & how much of a workout you get just doing bodyweight or even light weights |
