Should be a power shift for alot of teams though So the teams that drafted in the second half of the first round are further disadvantaged by having their best player hit FA so the teams that had the earliest picks can pick them up in FA. That's the worst kind of powershift. If anything it should work the otherway if you want to see a shake up of teams. It seems to me the teams that drafted in the second half of the first round are hugely disadvantaged |

I've never seen more than like 3-4 elite guys change teams in an FA that I can remember |
