league would be in better shape contract wise if guys just didn't send "Player A MAX" for a player they have birds on going into their 2nd max contract. Yeah I thought a lot about this one. Usually I’m guilty of hitting max but Eddy explained to me the gap between birds max and everyone else’s. Also having Haliburton gave me a really good plan B. But this type of deal is pretty blueprint id say ya math is crazy |

Tatum also seems overpaid but assuming Andrew gives him the pot boost it’ll be fine he's overpaid for sure but if I wanted to retain him I had to max. I have a lot of solid contracts so I can work around one bad one. |
