chipotle got the rice now Is it good i mean its not bad but its also not rice. the consistency is just different obviously (makes the bowl a bit more watery) but if you doing it in a big bowl may not notice. |

Ya cauliflower is a lot of water, gotta wring it out a lot if you want more rice/bread consistency
