This is mostly watery but its fine. Depends what type you get. Its the noodles thats the worse alfredo has tons of fat in it from the cream, oil and butter they use to make it Not always lol and fat isnt as bad as people think. |

when i was on keto i did the zucchini/squash as replacements for pasta noodles it turned out pretty nicely I did the bean types like black bean even chips |
