Tried to make my own almond milk, it didn't work.
Just looked at the almond as if it were a nipple and tried sucking on it to get the milk out.

BBS Job Advice
I just had my 4th video interview on Zoom with the same company.... more or less im getting the job offered... salary will be better, it will be managerial position, but im having second thoughts because I like where I work even though Im not in a managerial position(I was long story) and will be making less.
ugh I used to have no issue switching jobs now Im having doubts since I ve been with my current company for more than 6 years..
what to do?

Ask for a raise if you like where you are.
To me, money is the most important factor, so I'd always go with more money unless there are some serious other factors against it (ie being away from family). Is your 6 year history and happiness at your current job more important than the difference in pay?

I would be working from home in this new job majority of the time, and they will offer me the same benefits I have now(or at least they said they would) like private health insurance, pension plan, and ticket restaurant. if my current job offers me a raise to stay I would definitely stay tho |

Go to your current job and tell them you're being offered a job/this salary. Is there anything they can do to keep you. You love working here and would consider it if they can help you out. Something like that. Make sure you have the new position in the bag though. lol
