Commuting is horrible. Saving time by not doing that gets more work out of you really. Saving money. No one is chatting your ear off all day lol I don't mind a 20-30 minute commute. Very helpful to decompress at the end of the day. Tough for many people to live close enough to work to make that happen though. i love the freedom working home. However i def work harder and longer. that 20 min bus ride home used to help decompress for sure. I was very social at work but coming out of covid i think i care about those relationships which were primarily surface level alot less |
