Joey Premidilo
SG (will have high enough handles to option over to PG)
6'5
225
20 Years Old
Projected Ratings C B- B- C+ C B
Joey has been regarded as a very good basketball player his entire career. In HS he was a 4 year varsity starter and his team won states 3 times and through 1 year of college at New Mexico* he was part of a well rounded Lobos team that made the Sweet 16 after dominating a play in game where Joey scored 20 points with 6 Rebs and 4 assists. Despite all of Joey's success he has somehow never been the best player on his team. He has always lived in the shadows of a true star and this has led him to have sort of a beta mentality which scouts question. Joey has a lot of skill but will likely pan out as more of a high level role player or 5th starter. Joey can do a little bit of everything you would expect from an above average white player. He can make the open basket, play some man on defense, anticipate a pass for a steal per game and get some loosey boards. This is all because he was always tall for his age but peaked at 6'5. Joey played the 4 until College where he ran the 2 and started to take the ball up end of the year. In BBS Joey is declaring as a 2 who a GM can risk by seeing if he pans out more at the 1.
Strengths
Slightly above average Jumper and 3 pointer
Good man on defense with some steals
Smart with the ball but finds the open man
has become a better ball handler over the last 18 months
likes to get team mates involved
Weakness
Not overly athletic
Lacking the ability to finish inside unless its an open lay in or break
can not dunk very well
infrequent shot blocker
average to below average rebounder
