Bio:
Byron is more a true old school style PG. Got thst Billups type mold. Very hard worker who never seems to tire down. His opponents for the most part never can keep up. Isnt extremely athletic but is very strong for a PG and fairly quick. Very smart big time film study beast. He tries to continuously add to his game. High intellect too of his class at Kentucky. His old school game really only acts pure 3 point range so he wont take many 3s. He had a extremely polished midrange game and rarely misses fts. Very good passer helping setting up his teammates for easy buckets. Better then average rebounder and very good hard working defender. Will get some steals but rather play his man heads up. Physical style defender.
Outlook: Extemely high IQ for the game of basketball being a true student of the game continously loiks to add to his over all repertoire
Strengths:
- Very strong and quick for a PG
- Great on ball physical defender
- High IQ along with extreme hard worker
- Will get into lanes and take open shots and often create to setup teammates
- Physical Inside PG who can and will occassiobally post weaker gaurds inside. Newr perfect ft shooter and knows how to handle the ball along with getting and drawing smart fouls
Weaknesses:
- Doesnt Jump well enough to dunk
- Average volume scorer since he rather pqss off to open teammates
- wont get many steals or blocks since he rather stick his man
- Rarely takes 3s relying on midrange jumpers. Has great stroke on his shot so only time will tell if he develops a respectable 3 to keep opponents honest.
