andrew our most active GM this week. my interest comes and goes depending on my mental health. it sucks but we are already short on GM's so I don't want to quit and when I do want to quit its a temporary feeling |

When BBS is a chore I dont even wanna think about it. I think when its a chore its because my head isnt in a good spot. Seems like a responsibility instead of a release from RL shit. I usually tell people to step away when it becomes a chore. |

sometimes posting and responding to PM's feels like an insurmountable task I think its about being passive vs being aggressive. Identify your strengths. Identify your needs. Scour bad teams for easy upgrades. Or trade players you deem expendable for other assets. Rinse repeat. |
