Tried to book a flight with an Airline Credit. Took about an hour. This was last week. Booked it.
Get an email back about 4 hours later saying it was cancelled. Called back, spoke on the phone with someone who couldn't help at all. Great.
Called the next day, spent an hour with someone who sounded more capable. Rebooked the ticket. Spent an hour.
Ticket is not there today.
