its almost impossible to deal a guy like Kuminga or Hayes right now because the guys being drafted are around their age or older. You deal them in order to get worse and rebuild. The younger guys help bc they have cheap contracts leaving room to sign guys, it isn't just about ages Maybe Spence made the older players young inside if that makes sense. So say he’s 27 but really he has the potential of a 20 yo. Could be a plot twist luls. Just never know. |

There's been 2 drafts with older guys. You don't have to trade your 27 year old elite player for a 25 year old rookie. If you do, that's on you
