autumn haroldthis is probably outside your wheelhouse, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask our dumbfuck realtor wrote a contract that referenced my confidential house inspection, thus exposing it to the underwriter, do I have any legal recourse against her if the deal falls apart and I am out the 8k we put into the deal? Wondering if I should contact a lawyer or just fire her and forget about the money, if we cant salvage the deal.
