All,
I have gone ahead and created the first ever (I think) BBS Tournament. Please see following rules below:
Date: June 18th, 6:30 CST
You will need to go to PokerStars.net and download the software. Please note, in order to play you will need to do this from a computer as a tablet or mobile device does not support the Home Games device.
- If you don't already have it, download the free Stars software from download
- Open the main poker lobby, then click on the Home Games tab
- Click the 'Join a Poker Club' button
- Enter my Club ID number: 3637617
- Enter my Invitation Code: 456BBSSIM
I will get a request from you that I will have to accept in order for you to join the club.
The tournament will be 5,000 chips, 6-Max with rebuys. Unlimited Rebuys until the first break. No add-ons $25 dollars to enter and $25 for each additional rebuy. All buyins will be sent to me via Venmo ______________ Every one needs at least a $25 Venmo sent to me before the tournament begins.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED 20K PLAY CHIPS FOR EACH BUY IN. YOU CAN BUY PLAY CHIPS ON THE SITE*

Nice, I didn't know they had a presence in the states. They are massive over here but I've got a couple of mates who work for them and they really like it

I was in Sydney for a bit a couple years ago and decided to go to Gold Coast over Melbourne. It Winter so it wasn't that cool footy |

Bars in Sydney kind of suck, they kick you out really quickly. Yeah I worked in Sydney about 7 years ago before they introduced the lockout laws and it has killed the Sydney nightlife.
Kings Cross was our Vegas equivalent but a lot of the bars and pubs were essentially forced to shut because of the laws. A shame too.
Sydney is a beautiful city and it's nightlife was good but it's now shit.
Melbourne has always had better clubs so you should have come here.

We had fun, I have a good friend of mine (Aussie) who grew up in Double Bay area. His leg was busted up when I visited him and I had to drive his car and being first time driving on the left I almost crashed it. Made up for the crappy bars with some house parties. My travelling companion from the states literally was kicked out of every bar we went into, I was kicked out of 1. All for "appearing too drunk" or something. |

You guys are in Sydney? Might be in. Is PokerStars safe for work cpu? Not sure. I would check your company policy. I use it on another CPU. If I download something on work CPU I need to have it approved by an IT ADMIN. |
