Im still naive, I thought there was a lot of players to gamble on in that last draft for moonshots. Back half of the lotto seemed ok, but then I guess maybe I was just basing it off what I used to see, not the league as is now

Well if players don’t get minutes and we aren’t all plugging stuff into excel it’s hard. Like the whole point of ratings is to know a player. That seems a bit backwards to me I was thinking we were experienced enough to know that ratings are overrated. Id like to make it challenging in some way. cant control what other gms do though. so even if i wanted to be super proactive i wouldnt know who to go for unless i kept trading and giving 3rd string minutes lol |

I am not sure there is a more self-aggrandizing profession for something in which you provide such minimal influence than what you see out of some real estate agents.
Saying that as a guy with some really close friends as relators. Some of these dudes are over the top cringy.
