I am not sure there is a more self-aggrandizing profession for something in which you provide such minimal influence than what you see out of some real estate agents. Saying that as a guy with some really close friends as relators. Some of these dudes are over the top cringy. I think I got lucky with the lady I worked with. I’ve learned so much and she keeps sending me area comp values and went 3 days early to video a showing in seeing on Sunday. But I could see how there would be far more poor quality agents then good. |

If a relator says that you need to waive your inspections to be competitive with an offer, fire them immediately.
