Braz I’m not a real estate guy but I have a LOT of friends who are. If they want inspection and appraisal waived- they’ve been telling me CONSTANTLY that you need to run as fast as you can away from that- because it’s shady as hell and yea- the market is doing this a lot now- but you shouldn’t accept that.

Unfortunately we don't match up great with Orlando. They BOARD well and have Schayes to neutralize BARK. Weak at SG but we have shitty SG's!!! Give me BENNETT BACK.
