I would think your lender would make the appraisal as a requirement, no? We might of discussed this already. buyer can waive appraisal gap as a contingency. The appraisal is required Gross.

We saw a place we liked this weekend. Was listed for 96 hours. Open house was packed. Had eight inspections planned and they were expecting more than 10 offers. Told we’d have to waive everything to be competitive and that it’s gonna for more than 100k above asking price. No thank you How was the food spread? any proscuit?

none. Not that balsy on my first offer. Came in over ask. Will let the rest play out. Ah nice Was it on the market for like 96 hours with an offer deadline or is it not as shitty as things are in DC? yeah every home I see goes on market like mon or wed. Has an open house Saturday with calls for final Offers Sunday night or monday

My lender has some gap closure option or something but it didn’t qualify on my offer. Probably if like the house appraised 20k under they’d extend. Wild process. Like you assholes are listing it for a high price ahha

If the house don’t appraise to what I offered why would I wanna come out of pocket. I’d be out you could just drop the down payment down to 5% but I hear you Apparently if my down payment isn’t at least at 20 it makes my offer look weaker too. I originally wanted 5-10 down with higher monthly payments to upgrade stuff. Don’t wanna pay pmi either if I can avoid
