Old people get absolutely terrorized on the phone calling from a 202 area code and claiming to be the IRS is especially malicious back in the days of beepers my fav thing to do was page people the local IRS number and then 10 minutes later send them the local FBI field office number |

ofc one day someone sent me the number for a graveyard
me "did someone page me?"
them "doubt it"
me "are you sure?"
them "this is a grave yard so I sure hope it wasn't from here"
