To start at SG you must either be listed at SG or have a MAX of C+ rebounding. If the player has a rebounding grade of B- or higher and is not listed as a SG he cannot start at SG.

If your at SG, you can have whatever rebounding grade.
Any other position, max of C+ rebounding to play SG.
Not that complicated.
