Old star signings are tough. You risk losing the player to someone like Marty if you try to offer like 10M starting. True but I'd rather lose the player then offer him a deal that is hard to move. Waste. Celtics so bad that he doesn't hurt the tank overall but if he retires this year then it was pointless to bring him back. |

Offers were solid but just wasn't enough/didn't make sense. I want to be in the running for a few seasons and make moves to improve. If trading Pettit does that then fine but it just didn't. Felt like a massive step back now and in the future. Gimme petit |
