thank you both, its really hard right now especially since I thought I was finally seeing some light yesterday only to fall back in the hole again... my mom is here supporting me, Im getting therapy i hope to battle through this

Thats good. My mom been very sick of late. Has lots of appointments. Her and her husband trying to walk frequently and eat better. But both have bad heart problems and diabetes. Just got to keep trying to move forward and progress somewhere.

Survive the lows. Enjoy the highs. Try really hard to do the following two things today even if it takes all your energy 1. Go for a walk. No bs at least 2KM get some damn sun 2. If your moms cooking just help her. Don’t need to be a chef but just be a part of the process. That way when you eat you can feel the reward of the journey |
