wasnt sure about posting this especially since theres lots of trolling on here but i feel like maybe i should say something, been dealing with some very bad anxiety lately due to an issue with me and my gf, granted we are both doing ok now and are still together as a couple because of that moment my anxiety has spiralled out of control... it keeps me from sleeping, loss of apetite, ruminating thoughts the whole works... every little thing is giving me anxiety now..
i dont know how active i will be, but i will definitely check in now and again.
i can be fine for months, even years and sometimes I have moments like these where Im in complete loss of control of myself, it sucks, i dont wish this on anyone.

Sorry to hear. Take care of yourself, Marty. Sim is supposed to be an easy, fun, light outlet. Hopefully, it can stay that way for you. I find things like simply going for a walk, run, and/or just working out in general to be the best medicine.
