exactly how I peaked at my highest ever lost 6 gained 10 that's my point don't understand people liking dbws response to my post or his response to mine when I'm saying dieting is important. Fasting and keto is a Short term good long term bad. Diet is key, you can eat 10 times a day and still lose weight. I agree with your statements above, I don't even do IF anymore, I just didn't like your 'lazy' comment. No shade from me.

He says that the ketogenic diet decreases total blood cholesterol levels, decreases LDL ("bad cholesterol"), decreases triglycerides and increases HDL ("good" cholesterol) levels.[7] Berg does not cite any long-term studies to back up his claims. A 2013 meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials found that "Individuals assigned to a very-low-carbohydrate ketogenic diet achieved greater long-term reductions in body weight, triacylglycerol and diastolic blood pressure and greater increases in LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol levels than those assigned to a low fat diet."[31] Therefore, Berg's claim that LDL-C levels decrease on a long-term ketogenic diet have no basis in fact.
