curious what they are having you teach in health these days. Is it nutrition focused at all now? I feel school lunches growing up at least where I was at was part of the problem for me it’s weird because we didn’t even have health last year (besides 2 weeks) because of teachers being out due to maternity leave and other factors (state testing) But yes, for 7th grade, we do nutrition. I like teaching that stuff. that’s cool. Prob a good chance to make a difference in ppls lives. Especially since most kids just assume whatever their parents give them is fine (I assume)

Fasting and keto is a Short term good long term bad. Diet is key, you can eat 10 times a day and still lose weight.

In fact, it's probably better you eat various small portioned meals throughout the day, it's actually proven healthy.
Probably why Mediterranean, Asian cultures, etc are known for being healthiest because eating 4-5 meals a day is norm in these cultures instead of having 2 or 3 big meals in one day.
In fact, breakfast isn't even a big meal here.

intermittent fasting does more for you than just losing weight. your body needs time to break down everything after you eat can help with alertness too. You should check out Noom. It’s really informative and helps you change your psychology around food. Kind of expensive but they offer discounts all the time
