Need some advice boys. Ultimate risk reward.
Bought a couch from my good pal raymour and his brother flannegan.
With my service plan I get good support and my couch recliner part recently broke. Like pretty much full recline all the time.
They said we can A) send a tech out to try to fix it (last time he fixed it and it broke again next day B) we can send you a whole new couch but then it would void your warranty for future fixes.
I’m 1.5 yrs into a 5 year plan

I’d probably have the tech come out and look at it, make it clear that last time a tech came out it still was not fixed properly.
Keeps the warranty in place, then you can replace it in a few years if needed

But once I get a full new it’s done |
