Need some advice boys. Ultimate risk reward. Bought a couch from my good pal raymour and his brother flannegan. With my service plan I get good support and my couch recliner part recently broke. Like pretty much full recline all the time. They said we can A) send a tech out to try to fix it (last time he fixed it and it broke again next day B) we can send you a whole new couch but then it would void your warranty for future fixes. I’m 1.5 yrs into a 5 year plan Sounds like a scam! |

Sitting in the recliner voids the warranty they said. But seriously Id try and get it fixed a set number of times and then call it. Maybe eventually youll get someone out that can fix it. |

Phew- updated all the camps. Only a couple players need to be reversed- I had swore never to get that behind but the funeral messed those plans up.
